Pricing
We charge a $180 service fee for diagnosing the issue at hand Monday through Friday, this includes the first half hour of labor as well. For an emergency service call on Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday the fee is doubled to $360. Individual quotes are then provided depending on the job need. Our hourly labor rate is $180.
Payment Options
- We accept check, cash and credit card for payments. Credit card payments do have a 3.5% processing fee applied to them.
- We use Square for credit card processing.
- Payment is required upon job completion.
- Any unpaid invoices over 15 days are subject to a 1.5% finance charge on all overdue balances, or 18.0% annually or maximum state limitations.
Financing
- We do offer third party financing through FTL Finance - ask for further information if needed. However, this is not offered for new builds, just existing properties.
Estimates
- We provide our best guess estimates based on the information provided to us by the customer. Unforeseen issues can arise, and we will always communicate cost options and best recommendations.
