Our primary service is around water well repair, installation and maintenance.

If you still have questions on your next project contact us, and we can talk over your options and provide a more accurate quote. We are fully insured, bonded, and licensed, and can supply a W-9 or Certificate of Insurance per your request. There is no guarantee of water hardness, quantity, or quality before or after pump work or water well drilling. We are not held responsible for high levels of arsenic or nitrate that are impacted by geological and environmental factors.

Pricing

We charge a $180 service fee for diagnosing the issue at hand Monday through Friday, this includes the first half hour of labor as well. For an emergency service call on Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday the fee is doubled to $360. Individual quotes are then provided depending on the job need. Our hourly labor rate is $150.

Payment Options

We accept check, cash and credit card for payments. Credit card payments do have a 3.5% processing fee applied to them.
We use Square for credit card processing.
Payment is required upon job completion.
Any unpaid invoices over 15 days are subject to a 1.5% finance charge on all overdue balances, or 18.0% annually or maximum state limitations.

Financing

We do offer third party financing through FTL Finance - ask for further information if needed. However, this is not offered for new builds, just existing properties.

Estimates

We provide our best guess estimates based on the information provided to us by the customer. Unforeseen issues can arise, and we will always communicate cost options and best recommendations.

Warranty coverage

Pumps

Pressure Tanks

Our well pumps have a 3 year warranty from date of installation.
Jet Pumps have a 1 year warranty from date of installation.
Submersible Pumps have a 3 year warranty from date of installation

Pressure Tanks

Our pressure tanks have a 5 year warranty from date of installation.

Labor

Labor is not included on any part warranty issue after the first year.

Other

Labor

We do no warranty damage caused by misuse, improper application, improper electrical connection, negligence, unauthorized modification or repairs, external and or environmental causes or improper onsite operating conditions.
We do not install or warranty pumps or pressure tanks that are not bought through us or if otherwise stated on the invoice.
